Having delighted audiences at a sold-out Splendour and equally sold-out sideshows this year, it appears that the indie-pop sister act of Tegan and Sara couldn’t stay away from Australia.
The pair will showcase their 8th studio album Love You To Death, produced by the prolific Greg Kurstin (Adele, Sia, Beck, Ellie Goulding). As its title suggests, Love You To Death explores, in Tegan’s words, the “debilitating and transformative” nature of relationships.
Hot on the heels of their poppy 7th release Heartthrob, Love You To Death follows a similar vein, having been described by Pitchfork as a composition of “bouncy synth hooks and sleek pop production”.
