Cultured Cheese School and Atze’s Corner Wines have teamed to create a series of workshops designed for beginners to master the art of cheesemaking either for a fun foodie experience or to learn how to make cheese at home.

Cultured Cheese School’s workshop, paired with a take home cheesemaking kit will set you up with the confidence and skills to make cheese like Feta and Haloumi at home.

We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.

We use Barossa’s 100% Jersey milk and during the three hour workshop, Barossa coffee and cakes are on offer. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner Wines.

Your host Erin Jones, has been making cheese for over 17 years, from her home, to state of the art cheese factories across Australia and is ready to share her expertise with you.

Get ready to have some fun and show off your new cheese making skills to family and friends. An art that you’ll have for life, from the Cultured Cheese School.
