The aroma and flavour of Spain come alive on the plate at this class – the pungent smoked paprika, delicate saffron, salty fragrant hams and lush gazpacho, many of these combine for the wonderful bites known as ‘Tapas’.

Spanish people are known for eating dinner after 8:30pm, enjoying the balmy evenings outside with a plate of tapas and a delicious glass of Sangria.

Spanish cuisine is heavily influenced by regional flavours and historical events that shaped culture and society, and you will learn to re-create the vibrancy of Spain at home.
