The Adelaide Central Market hosted a celebration of SA seafood with the inaugural Seafood + Sounds festival on Friday, October 13, and Saturday, October 14.

From cooking demonstrations to a Chilli Crab Pop-Up, the two-day festival presented a smorgasbord of fun-filled entertainment, live music and masterclasses for lovers of produce from the sea.

One of Australia’s most influential foodies, Adam Liaw, was in town to headline the program of cooking demonstrations and present a masterclass in the Market Tower.
