Rapper, drummer and speaker DOBBY is a proud Aboriginal and Filipino musician whose live shows have been described as ‘mind blowing‘, ‘dynamic‘ and ‘powerful‘. Naomi Keyte is a folk artist exploring the world of pop through beautiful melodies and image-rich lyrics. Together, DOBBY and Naomi will explore the territory where explosive hip-hop meets heartfelt harmony in this world premiere performance.
The five members of Didier Kumalo will take the rhythms and harmonies of Guinea and classic African jazz into new sonic territories. Led by guitarist Dylan Marshall, founding member of Adelaide’s own Shaolin Afronauts, their modal music for dancing will kick off the evening and bring you to your feet.
