Under the sponsorship of Vale Brewing, visitors will be delighted by three days of cheesy goodness, kicking off with a twilight celebration on Friday night. As well as showcasing a large variety of Australian cheeses, local restaurants and wineries will be offering a broad range of food and beverages in pop-up stalls.
