Taste the Hot 100 Wines of 2018/19

Our team of judges sets out to find the most drinkable wine from around the state, and bring them to the people with our annual publication – available now.

This year Hot 100 Wines has partnered with Booze Brothers to host wine tasting events around South Australia and internationally. This first event will showcase tastings of the winning wines from featured categories with Head Judge, Peter Dredge.

Adelaide boy and career winemaker Peter Dredge graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2002 but started in the wine industry five years earlier. He has held the position of senior winemaker at Petaluma and is a former chief winemaker at Bay of Fires. Dredge currently owns and operates Dr Edge Winemaking and is a partner in Tasmania’s Meadowbank Wines and Project Brian Wines.

Join us on Saturday, February 9 from 3pm to taste finalists from the 2018/19 countdown and survey the best in South Australian wine.

Featured categories include Sparkling, Light Aromatic Whites and Whites with Texture, with wines from Anderson Hill, Deviation Road, Shut The Gate, Mr Riggs, Tomich Wines, Howard Vineyards, O’Leary Walker Wines and much more.
