Liam Gallagher to perform in Adelaide on 2019 Australian tour

Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher will head to the Adelaide Hills as part of a newly announced  Australian tour.

Gallagher will perform six shows around the country in support of his second solo album Why Me? Why Not? throughout December, in a tour that encompasses both stadium and theatre shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Fremantle alongside a handful of regional dates.

South Australian audiences will be able to see Gallagher perform at Bird In Hand winery in Woodside on Saturday 14 December. While in other circumstances the very concept of Gallagher performing in a venue literally surrounded by gigalitres of alcohol might appear to be tempting fate, this could be a fine opportunity for Gallagher to trade in the lager for the more refined tastes that South Australia’s wine industry has to offer.

Since Oasis finally split, seemingly for good, in 2009 Gallagher has pursued a solo career for the first time, with his warmly received debut As You Were landing in 2017. While Gallagher and his estranged brother, Oasis songwriter Noel, appear to no longer be on speaking terms, the pair’s decades-long creative exchange continues to play out via the new medium of Twitter subtweets.

Oasis the musical 5 lads from Manchester start a band and take on the world the little 1 who writes the songs turns into a massive cunt sacks everyone except his little brother as he ain’t got the arse splits up the band there’s a story line for ya THE END LG x
